From a technical point of view, there are two essential differences between the FIN Surf Adapter (+150mm Waterborne RKP) and the DREAM Surf Truck :
– it is 0.20lbs lighter
– the axle is 0.75″ further back from the primary pivot
This means that the steering effect is more pronounced and turns are sharper.
The Dream Surf Truck comes standard with the FIN system, which allows for adjusting the pivot angle on the fly. It can be replaced with 150mm Caliber or Paris hangers.
Each FIN SETTING is characterized by a different pivot angle and ride height. The FIN system has set a new standard for personalizing a Surfskate, allowing for adjustment of the primary pivot angle itself. This angle is the most important factor in determining the feel of a Surf truck.
